Outdoor adventures are abundant during summer in Cape Town, and with activities in the sky, sea and on the shore, there’s something to delight all thrill-seekers. Here’s our essential list of outdoor experiences that will make a dent in your bucket list.

In the sky

Paraglide off Lion’s Head or Signal Hill. What better way to view the city than from the sky? An exhilarating thirty-minute flight through the warm air will make you feel more alive than ever before.
